    Lindsey Graham's approval rating is up 3.1% among South Carolinians, that's according to the latest Winthrop Poll. The poll surveyed 877 adults from April 6 to 13th of this year. Since October 2013, Graham's approval is up. Meanwhile, Senator Tim Scott, facing his first election for the senate has an approval rating of 43.1%.
