    Engineers are able to begin to work on damaged railroad track in Rutherford County following a train derailment two days ago. A CSX Transportation spokesman says 16 derailed cars have been repositioned.

    One locomotive and 16 cars derailed Monday night in Rutherford County. CSX Transportation reports the incident happened about 7:30 p.m. on tracks about a mile from Brice which is close to the North Carolina border with South Carolina.
