Help police find missing 50-year-old man in Asheville

ASHEVILLE, NC (WSPA) -  Asheville Police Department officials are asking for the public's help in locating a man who was last seen in September 2017.

According to news release from APD, James Phillip Christan, 50, was last seen in September of 2017, and a family member filed a missing person report in February.

Christian is reportedly known to use multiple homeless resources, such as AHOPE, and goes by the nicknames of "Buddy" and "Lobo."

According to the release, he is described as being 5-foot-9 inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds.

Christian has brown hair with gray streaks and has blue eyes. He also has a tattoo on his upper left arm of a cross with the word "rebel" and a wizard and a castle on his upper right arm.
