Another attempt to ban media from the trial of accused killer Jerry “Buck” Inman has been denied.
The issue was raised again on Wednesday after Inman pleaded guilty last week to raping and killing Clemson student Tiffany Souers.
Another media outlet broadcast the hearing through a live audio stream on its website. Inman’s attornies claim the feed was on, even when court was not in session. That’s a violation of Judge Ned Miller’s court order.
The Judge Miller agreed to ban live audio streams, but refused to keep cameras out the courtroom.
