Clemson, Furman, Winthrop, Greenville Tech, and North Carolina State:  What would bring people those schools, and many more to the campus of USC Upstate?  They were there to talk about racism and the fight against it.  Today representatives from about a dozen universities and colleges gathered for the National Coalition Building (NCBI) Institute’s Carolina Coalition in the Rampey Center of USC Upstate.  NCBI is an international, non-profit, leadership training organization that aims to eliminate racism, prejudice and discrimination. Coalition members discuss education opportunities, successes, challenges, and they share stories from which other schools can learn.
