I feel that she (the mother) has already been punished. I am a mother of four as well, and there have been instances where sometimes things can happen that can really scare us maybe not excatly what happen in this story BUT things no doubt that made us be alittle more cautious…she did not intend for that to happen to her son and thank the Lord the outcome was good..I am sure she thought she did not want to wake him and she would only be a minute…but that min turned into the longest hours of her life.I am sure this story has not only affected her but many concerened parents..sometimes we may think it is too much to unbuckle the child when we will only be a minute we just don’t want the inconvience….I say as I am sure she would agree…be inconvienced
