Tigers defensive back DeAndre’ Mcdaniel is not suspended from school.
McDaniel had his hearing on Wednesday with Clemson’s judiciary review board and he did not receive any punishment from the board.
McDaniel’s accuser was asked to be at the hearing but she did not show up.
McDaniel was arrested last month for assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature.
While he could still face punishment that process will take a while, so for now he is still on the football team.
Coach Bowden is currently on vacation with his family and will be back in town on Monday to review the situation once again.
