A grand jury in Florida has indicted murderer Gary Michael Hilton in the death of Cheryl Dunlap.

According to a report in the Tallahassee Democrat, the Leon County Sheriff's Office said that a grand jury indicted Hilton on one count of murder, one count of kidnapping and two counts of grand theft. The report says that Hilton is currently being held at the Leon County Jail without bail.

Hilton pleaded guilty in January to the death of Georgia hiker Meredith Emerson, whose decapitated body was found a few days after her January 1 disappearance. Hilton led Georgia Bureau of Investigation authorities to Emerson's body as part of a plea deal.

Hilton is considered to be the main suspect in the murder's of Irene and John Bryant. Irene Bryant's body was found in the Pisgah National Forest in November, while the body of John Bryant was found in a wooded area in Macon County, North Carolina on February 2.

Dunlap disappeared on December 1, 2007 and her decapitated body was found December 15 in the Apalachicola National Forest.
