Deputies with the Greenville County Sheriff's Office are looking for a man who robbed a restaurant at gunpoint Tuesday night.
The Sheriff's Office says the robbery occurred around 9:30 p.m. at Samantha's Restaurant, located at 2518 #B East North Street in Greenville County. According to a spokesperson from the sheriff's office, a man entered the business and robbed the employees at gunpoint. Deputies say the suspect took off in an unknown direction.
Employees of the restaurant ran to a nearby bakery and called 911.
Deputies arrived and began searching the area with a K-9 unit, but the dog was unable to pick up a track. The search was called off a short time later.
Authorities say no one was injured. Deputies have not named the suspect or given a detail description.
