A man suspected of robbing a TD Bank in Spartanburg on Wednesday afternoon is in custody. A magistrate judge set bond at $75,000 about 3:00 a.m. Thursday.

Investigators say Nicky Lee Davis, 45, of Spartanburg, entered the bank on East Main Street around 2:30 p.m. and handed a teller a note. They say the note demanded money, and the teller gave Davis a sum of cash.

Investigators say Davis took off, but was later captured in Spartanburg.
