Investigators say Anderson Crawford Waldrep, 29, fired several rounds into Moe's Southwest Grill on Augusta Street early Saturday morning.

Police say Waldrep was seen running from the area around 4 a.m. after gunshots were heard.

Waldrep had a semi automatic and revolver in his possession, according to warrants.

It was later discovered that a 7-year-old child was left in Waldrep's vehicle for more than an hour while the shots were fired, investigators say.

Six bullet holes were found in the outside of the building.
