COLUMBIA, S.C. -

A 27-year-old tradition took place Monday at the Governor's Mansion.

Dozens of kids swarmed the mansion gardens to pick up Easter eggs.

It's a long tradition of the Governor hosting the massive egg hunt.

And this year's invites went to very special children from Palmetto Health Children's Hospital.

The kids collected the plastic eggs full of candy and prizes.  They even got a visit from the Easter Bunny.
