A man tried to pull a 73-year-old from his car on Sunday in the parking lot on Woodruff Road, investigators say.
GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. -
Authorities in Greenville County are looking for a man
accused of an attempted carjacking in the parking lot of a Walmart.
Deputies say it happened on Sunday at the Woodruff Road
store around 8 p.m.
The white male allegedly tried to pull a 73-year-old man
from his vehicle. The suspect ran away
after the victim got him out of his vehicle, investigators say. The victim suffered minor injuries.
The attempted carjacker is described as being between 50 and
60-years-old, and standing between 5'8" and 5'11" tall and weighing around 170
pounds.
The sheriff's office released a photo of the suspect.
