A man is in custody after authorities say he got out of a vehicle and ran from them during a traffic stop in Boiling Springs.

A man is in custody after authorities say he got out of a
vehicle and ran from them during a traffic stop in Boiling Springs.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office says deputies were
trying to pull over the suspect when he bailed at Mason Manor Apartments on
McMillin Boulevard late Wednesday afternoon.
A pair of residents in the neighborhood tried to flush the
suspect out of the woods as deputies were searching for the man.
He was later taken into custody.

The Greenville Police Department and Greenville County Coroner's Office are conducting a death investigation after a man's body was found on Richardson Street.
The Greenville County Coroner has identified the man who was found dead at the Richardson Street Parking Garage. Jonathan Campbell Hamilton, 34, of Greenville was pronounced dead at 5:32 p.m. Sunday.
