$1,000 In Hot Wheels Stolen from Spartanburg Home

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. -

A Spartanburg County resident says three storage bins containing $1,000 worth of unopened Hot Wheels was stolen from her property.

According to a Spartanburg County Sheriff's Department report, a residence on Locust Grove Rd in Spartanburg County was burglarized.

The owner says that sometime between Monday afternoon and Tuesday afternoon, someone broke into her home and out building on the property. 

The house was ransacked and items were thrown throughout the house, however nothing was missing from inside the house.

Someone also broke into an out building on the property. 

The owner says that she discovered three tubs of Hot Wheels matchbox top cars were missing from the building and that there were close to 500 unopened Hot Wheel cars in the bins with an approximate total value of $1,000.
