Local Woman Hits It Big By Winning The Lottery

According to the South Carolina Education Lottery a travelers rest woman has won $1 million dollars.

The woman said,  "I knew one of these days I was going to win big," she told lottery officials.  "I felt it."

She bought her ticket at the Wilco Hess #925 on Poinsett Hwy. in Greenville.  She filled up her car and then picked out a Money  Millionaire ticket to scratch. For selling the claimed ticket, the Wilco Hess #925 received a commission of $10,000.

The Travelers Rest winner, she's paying off her son's house and might look for a new car.
