Man Charged With DUI After Colliding Into A House

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. -

A man has been charged with DUI after colliding into a home.

Troopers say Daniel Morales-Reyes was traveling in his Van on Old Spartanburg Road in Greenville County when he hit a car then a house.

Just before 7 a.m. on Saturday morning a Honda and a GMC van were involved in a collision while traveling on Old Spartanburg Road. The Honda slowed down to turn left onto Cunningham Road.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol says the driver of the van, Daniel Morales-Reyes, troopers say he rear ended the Honda, went off the roadway , and hit a house.

There were people inside the home, thankfully none of them were hurt.  

Morales-Reyes was taken to Greenville Memorial with minor injuries. He has been charged with DUI and no proof of insurance.
