Gaffney High School will get swingman L.J. Peake back for his senior season, head coach and athletic director Mark Huff told 7 On Your Side Monday.
Peake enrolled at school Monday, according to Huff, after spending most of this past school year, including his junior season in basketball, at a Chicago high school.
He was a stand-out player for the Indians' program for three seasons before making the move last summer.
As an eighth grader and a sophomore he led Gaffney to 4A state titles.
The 6'4", 185 pound Peake averaged 16 points and five rebounds per game two years ago in his sophomore season.
