SPARTANBURG, S.C. -

Spartanburg Public Safety is looking for help in finding a person responsible for breaking into and destroying a pair of coke machines.

According to a report obtained from Public Safety, a officer responded to the Wash Depot on S. Pine Street on Wednesday morning after receiving a report of a vandalism and larceny. When the officer arrived, he spoke with the victim who stated that she found two coke machines, which belong to Coca Cola of Spartanburg, broken into and destroyed.

The woman further stated that she also found a candy machine broken into and destroyed. The officer was unable to determine how much money was stolen or how much monetary damage was done to the machines, but the report states that the Wash Depot was not damaged.

Surveillance video captured from the store shows a white male, wearing gloves, breaking into the machines at 1:20 am Wednesday morning.

If anyone has any information about the vandalism and larceny they are asked to contact Spartanburg Public Safety at (864) 596-2026.
