SPARTANBURG, S.C. -

The Arcadia community played host to the Spartanburg Hispanic Festival Saturday afternoon. The festival showed off the cooking talents of the Hispanic community around Spartanburg County.   The event hosted free rides, games, and inflatable activities for the children.

Festival organizers tell 7 On Your Side they hoped the weather would hold out for the second year of the event at Arcadia Elementary School. People attended the event despite the rain.
