A flash flood watch is in effect until 8:00 p.m. for many Upstate areas along and north of I-85, all of western North Carolina along and southwest of I-26, and extreme northeast Georgia. Storm Team 7 Meteorologist Dan Bickford says another one to two inches of rain could fall Sunday with some locally higher amounts possible. With already very wet ground, rapid runoff could yield quick water rises is streams and rivers and perhaps some flooding of low-lying areas. Use caution when traveling, and stay away from any rising water.

Storm Team 7 Meteorologists says the rainy weather will continue through the weekend.  Sunday will be rainy and cool with highs near 63.
