Over 50 Companies Looking For Employees During Spartanburg Job Fair Thursday

SPARTANBURG, S.C. -

SC Works in Spartanburg is holding an Upstate job fair on Thursday.

Companies will be looking for potential employees to fill administrative positions as well as openings in manufacturing and health care.

The job fair will be open to the general  public from 10:00 A. M. - 1:00 P.M. at Summit Pointe at 805 Spartan Boulevard in Spartanburg.

Veterans will be allowed inside starting at 8:00 A.M. and anyone with a "preferred pass" can get in one hour early beginning at 9:00 A.M.

To get a "preferred pass" you must follow certain criteria: You must be registered in scworks.org, have a professional, up-to-date resume, complete a generic application, make sure you are interview ready and show that you can dress to impress.
