Greer Family Fest Kicks Off Friday

GREER, S.C. -

The 29th annual Greer Family Fest kicks off Friday night in Downtown Greer.

This year festival planners have an expanded vision for a spectacular event that reflects the growth Greer is achieving.

Festivities will feature the best of the old and add new activities with the goal of being the Upstate's favorite family festival.

The free two-day event features live music, a creation station, kids zone, food court, and over 150 vendors throughout the festival.

Several downtown roads will be closed throughout the weekend, including Poinsett, Trade, Victoria and Randall Streets.
