A wreck on I-85 in Cherokee County caused traffic delays Wednesday afternoon.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol says it happened at the 99 mile marker in the southbound lanes shortly after noon.

The crash had traffic backed up in the area triggering delays if you were traveling nearby.

The wreck has since been cleared and traffic is flowing again.
