Mark Sanford Settles Trespass Case With Ex-wife

Posted: Updated:
CHARLESTON, S.C. -

The trespassing case between Congressman-elect Mark Sanford and his ex-wife Jenny Sanford has been settled.

A hearing was scheduled for Thursday, two days after the 1st Congressional District special election.  On Wednesday, Judge B. Cate's office confirmed the case has been settled by agreement of both parties.

Jenny Sanford filed a trespassing complaint against her former husband for entering her Sullivan's Island home in February to watch part of the Super Bowl with their youngest son when she wasn't at home.
