Police need your help to find a fugitive on the run in the Asheville area.

Cops are looking for Miranda Elizabeth Jackson. She's wanted on 15 active warrants. Charges against Jackson include child abuse, filing a false police report and theft.

Investigators think she could be in Asheville. She has family in Morganton.

If you know where Jackson is, please call the Asheville Police Department at 828-252-1110 or Crime Stoppers at 828-255-5050 or send a tip via text message specifically to the Asheville PD by Texting "APDTIP plus your tip" to 274637 (CRIMES).
