AMBER Alert Canceled For Missing 3-Year-Old Girl

Lincoln County, NC -

UPDATE: The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office said a missing 3-year-old child has been found safe in Washington, NC. 

Deputies also said the accused abductor Troy Koonce, Jr. has been found.  Investigators did not say what relationship Koonce had to the 3-year-old child or if he will face charges.

The alleged abduction sparked an AMBER Alert about 11:45 p.m. Sunday and ended just before 1:00 a.m. Monday.
