Pacolet Man Arrested For Grabbing Cashier's Breast

PACOLET, SC -

A Pacolet man arrested last week for exposing himself at the Pacolet Library has been arrested again. Wayne Eugene Fowler of Pacolet, has been arrested for the 2nd time in as many weeks.  This time for grabbing a woman's breast.

Wayne Eugene Fowler, has been charged with Assault and Battery 3rd Degree after a cashier at the Family Dollar says he grabbed her breast. 

According to the incident report from Pacolet Police, the lady was working the register at the Family Dollar at 7051 South Pine St when a guy came in to return an item. 

The victim said that as she reached over the counter, the man grabbed her breast.  She backed away and told him to leave.  The victim stated that Fowler said he was sorry and went out the door. 

Police after receiving a description of his car, set up a photo lineup and the cashier selected Fowler as the guy who assaulted her.

The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office says Fowler bonded out of jail again after his arrest Sunday.
