After missing an interview with Matt Lauer on the Today Show last Friday, Paula Deen appeared on the show Wednesday morning, memorably saying, "I is what I is." She said she was badly hurt by "lies" that she frequently uses the "n-word" and insisted that she's only used the word once, when held at gunpoint.
