GREENVILLE, S.C. -

Thousands of Duke Energy customers were without power Thursday in Greenville, and weather appears to be the cause.

The utility provider tells 7 On Your Side that two utility poles were down on College Street.

A spokesman says an anchor supporting a utility pole gave out because of saturated ground.

At 11 a.m., there were more than 3,200 outages reported.  All power has now been restored, according to company officials.
