Clock Ticking On $40K Powerball Ticket From Upstate

COLUMBIA, S.C. -

Time is running out for someone to claim a $40,000 Powerball prize from a ticket sold in the Upstate.

The ticket was sold in January and the winner has until Monday to claim the money.

The ticket was bought for the January 16 drawing from Country Corner Express at 7604 Hwy. 25 N. in Ware Shoals.

It matched four white ball numbers and the red Powerball® number. .
 
The Powerball® numbers for Wednesday, January 16  were 9 - 21 - 28 - 32 - 51 and the Powerball was 35
Check your tickets.  
 
The winning ticket must be claimed at the Columbia Claims Center before 4:00 p.m. on July 15.
