HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. -

The Henderson County Sheriff's Office says they've arrested a rape suspect after failing to appear in court.

Deputies say they've arrested 26 year old Dustin Parham Tuesday after he failed to appear in Superior Court on April 22nd.

They say Parham was out on bond after being originally charged on May 6th, 2011 with three counts of first degree rape.

Officers tracked Parham through Henderson and Buncombe Counties and the Upstate before locating him at a home off Nash Road in the Dana community of Henderson County.

Deputies say Parham was arrested without incident and is being held in the Henderson County Detention Facility on a $100,000 secured bond.
