Deputies Identify Suspect In Spartanburg County Vandalism - July 24, 2013

The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office says they've identified a suspect wanted for vandalism.

Deputies say Paul Stanley Theus has agreed to turn himself in Monday. He faces a charge of vandalism/illegal graffiti vandalism according to the arrest warrant.

The sheriff's office says media coverage - showing photos of the suspect and a vehicle - was instrumental in identifying Theus.

Deputies Seek Suspect In Spartanburg County Vandalism - July 22, 2013

Spartanburg County Sheriff's deputies are looking for two people they say are involved in vandalism.

Investigators say a man has been tagging graffiti on billboards in the county. The SCSO incident reports shows one case of vandalism at a billboard in the 2990 block of South Pine Street.

Graffiti was spray painted on faces on the billboard, causing $1,000 in damage according to the sign's owner.

The sheriff's office released a photo of the man they suspect in the vandalism along with a picture of a white Ford Ranger truck he's bbelievedto be driving.

SCSO investigators are also looking for a woman, believed to be in her teens or early 220's who is believed to be involved.
