Anthony Weiner Admits to New Sexting Scandal

Anthony Weiner is facing allegations that he sexted with a 22-year-old woman last summer, a year after being forced to resign from Congress for doing the same thing. News broke on National Hot Dog Day. Weiner says he plans to stay in the race for New York City mayor, so Scene on 7's Jennifer Martin heads to a local hot dog restaurant for reactions.
