Homeless man arrested after exposing himself in downtown Raleigh hotel

RALEIGH, N.C. -

A homeless man who frequents downtown Raleigh was arrested Tuesday after he exposed himself in the Marriott City Center on Fayetteville Street.

Police say Anthony Antonio Rogers, 32, entered the hotel after being told not to by several staff members, and then proceeded to expose his genitals in the presence of guests, including children.

Rogers also appeared to be intoxicated at the time of the incident, police said.

Rogers was charged with indecent exposure, second degree trespassing, and being intoxicated and disruptive. He is being held at the Wake County Jail under a $3,000 bond.
