GREENVILLE, S.C. -

The new William Jennings Bryan Dorn Veterans Affairs Medical Center is opening soon in Greenville.

A special sneak peak was held Friday morning at the clinic near Greenville Memorial Hospital at 41 Park Creek Drive.

The new outpatient clinic will have new technology that will focus on prosthetics and tele-health, which allows doctors to see patients via computer feeds.

The facility will also feature more staff to treat more veterans each year.

Officials with the new medical center say they are finalizing the move into the new facility.

The facility will open on Monday, August 19th and the official ribbon cutting will be held in September.
