Police Need Help Finding Missing, Vulnerable Spartanburg Man

Investigators say Ulanulis Deleon Smith, 27, of Moore was last seen on August 17 when he walked away from his parents' house at 158 Lincoln Drive. Investigators say Ulanulis Deleon Smith, 27, of Moore was last seen on August 17 when he walked away from his parents' house at 158 Lincoln Drive.

Police in Spartanburg are asking for your help finding a missing, vulnerable adult.

Investigators say Ulanulis Deleon Smith, 27, of Moore was last seen on August 17 when  he walked away from his parents' house at 158 Lincoln Drive.

According to a missing person report, Smith has been diagnosed as schizophrenic and bipolar.  He also hallucinates.

Smith has been without medication since August 9.

Smith is described as being 6 foot tall and weighing around 175 pounds.
