Storm Team 9: Gabrielle no longer a tropical cyclone

GREENVILLE, N.C. -

Gabrielle is no longer a tropical cyclone as it loses a circulation center.  It is now just a region of heavy rains and breezes that are maxing out around 30 mph.
    
As of the final 11 PM EDT Thursday evening advisory, the remnants of Tropical Depression Gabrielle were near 19.0° N and 68.5° W, or about 30 miles NNW of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
    
The remnant moisture of this tropical system will continue on a general northerly track over the next few days.  This moisture is not expected to impact the United States as of the latest forecast information.
