Boil water notice issued for Port Richey

NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. -

A precautionary boil water notice was issued for Port Richey on Friday.

Officials were repairing a leaking water main on Sandpebble and Harbor Point.

Since there was a loss of water pressure, officials are advising homeowners to boil their drinking and cooking water for one minute.

The boil water notice is expected to last for three days.
