EASLEY, S.C. -

An Upstate dentist hopes to help about several people for free this Saturday.

Dr. Michael Twitchell and Family Dental Health of Easley will host the free dental care event on Saturday, September 14th from 8 am to 5 pm at 223 Dayton School Road, Suite 103, in Easley across from Rock Springs Baptist Church.

The event is expected to provide services to 50-60 people.

The team at Family Dental Health will provide adult patients one free service - an extraction, a filing or a cleaning.

Professional dentists, hygienists and assistants will donate their time and talents to help out at this event.

Organizers say waiting will be outside, so patients should dress appropriately for the weather and bring snacks, water and chairs.

Appointments are recommended and patients with appointments will receive priority to walk-up patients.

This the fourth in a series of Family Dental health offices owned by Dr. Rob Safrit.

At three previous events, more than 400 people received more than $100,000 in free dental treatment.
