2 Shot After Home Invasion In Greenville Co.

Just after midnight on Sunday there was an attempted burglary at a private residence on the 900 block of West Lee Road in Taylors that resulted in the shooting of two. TAYLORS, S.C. -

Just after midnight on Sunday there was an attempted burglary at a private residence on the 900 block of West Lee Road in Taylors that resulted in the shooting of two.

During the burglary, two people inside the West Lee Road home received non-fatal gunshot wounds.

The Greenville County Sheriff’s Public Information Officer, Drew Pinciaro said neither one of the victims who were shot, as a result of the burglary are suspects in the investigation. According to Pinciaro the victims of the shooting were either residents of the address, or visiting.

The injuries of both of the individuals are being treated at Greenville Health Systems.

The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office is conducting the investigation and is asking anyone who may have information on the shooting or the home invasion to give their office a call.
