Greenville police are asking for your help tonight after a man reported being harassed and then shot at by a group of males on Falls Street late Saturday night. Greenville police are asking for your help tonight after a man reported being harassed and then shot at by a group of males on Falls Street late Saturday night.

According to the Greenville Police Department a group of 10 black males in black shirts and one checkered, all appearing to be in their late teens, approached two individuals as they were getting into their vehicle around 10:30 p.m. Police indicated that one of the males brandished what appeared to be a weapon and began firing at the vehicle as the victims fled.

Police later established that the weapon fired at the time of the incident was a BB gun.

Greenville Police are asking anyone who may have seen or heard anything pertaining to the incident on Falls Street to give them a call at 864-271-4273
