59 Arrested In 3 Day Prostitution Sting 59 Arrested In 3 Day Prostitution Sting
Deputies with the Greenville County Sheriff's Office have arrested 59 people in a three day prostitution sting. Beginning on September 10th deputies arrested 10 women and 49 men who approached undercover deputies. All 59 of them were charged with prostitution. There were additional charges ranging from driving under suspension to possession of cocaine.
Deputies ran the sting after getting complaints on the Westside and South Ends of the county, particularly near Augusta Road and I-85. They also had complaints in the areas near Old Buncombe Road nad Kerns Avenue.
