RALEIGH, N.C. - North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Sliver Alert for a missing endangered woman Morgan Sierra Carlisle.

They say she is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Anyone with information about Morgan Sierra Carlisle should call Gibney at the Raleigh Police Department at 919-369-6732.
