Gunfire Damages Church Door In Taylors

Greenville County Sheriff's deputies are trying to find the gunman who fired at an unoccupied church in Taylors.

Investigators say someone shot through the glass door of Groveland Baptist Church sometime between September 19 and 20.

The church at 2 Groveland Drive in Taylors was unoccupied at the time. The damage to the door is estimated at $500.

Anyone who may have information regarding the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 23-CRIME.
