GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. -

Parker District Fire Fighters say a car flew off the road and slammed into the home of a 90 year old woman.

According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, it happened shortly before 5 p.m. on S. Washington Avenue near Hill Street.

Fire Fighters say the home owner was not home when the crash happened.

There were 6 people inside the car, they were all taken to the hospital. The condition of the 6 people is unknown but we are told they have varying degrees of injuries.

Highway Patrol is investigating the crash, and still piecing together exactly what happened.

Fire fighters say the home was badly damaged, and right now is unsafe to live in. The home will have to be inspected by the insurance company before the owner can move back in.
