According to Anderson County Coroner, Don McCown, Catessa Holden, 26, died on the scene from blunt force trauma to the chest around 3:30 Friday afternoon. Pendleton, S.C. - A Seneca woman is dead and an Anderson County school bus driver injured after a head-on collision Friday night.

According to Anderson County Coroner, Don McCown, Catessa Holden, 26, died on the scene from blunt force trauma to the chest around 3:30 Friday afternoon.

Holden was headed westbound on Belmina St near the intersection of East Queen, when Holden's 2001 Dodge van crossed the center lane striking a school bus according to highway patrol.

Public Information Officer, Sheila Cole informed 7 On Your Side that the bus driver was the only person on the bus at the time of the accident and sustained minor injuries.

McCown is attributing speed and drugs as factors in the crash.
