ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. -

The Highway Patrol says they're investigating a wreck that killed one man outside of Iva Saturday afternoon.

Troopers say the wreck happened around 5:30 pm Saturday on Sam Turner Road about three miles south of Iva in Anderson County.

The Highway Patrol says it involved a Ford pickup truck and a Honda motorcycle.

Troopers say a Honda motorcycle was traveling southbound on Sam Turner Road, when it went left of center and was hit by the front center of a Ford pickup truck.

Troopers say the driver of the pickup along with a man and woman riding along with him were all transported to An-Med for injuries.  They say all three were not wearing seat belts.

They say the 26 year old motorcycle rider died at the scene and he was wearing a helmet.

The identity of the motorcycle rider has not been released.
