ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. -

Anderson Police found a man fatally shot in the parking lot of Skateland USA on Highway 29 Bypass early Sunday morning.

Chaunsey Cunningham, 24, of Greenville was pronounced dead at the scene from a single gunshot wound to the head.

Lt. Tony Tilley says they received a call around 1:30 a.m. reporting a prowler. The caller later told police she heard eight gunshots. When police arrived they found Cunningham dead.

According to Tilley, two other men told police their friend was shot. A female victim was grazed by shots and taken to the hospital for treatment.

The four people were in a car that crashed while it looks like they were trying to get away from the suspect or suspects, says Tilley.

Investigators are trying to determine what happened. They are looking for the suspect but there is no description at this time.

We will post more details when they become available.
