Skip Holtz puts new spin on ‘What day is it?’

Posted: Updated:
RUSTON, L.A. -

It’s not a camel in the latest ‘What day is it?’ commercial, but rather former ECU Pirate coach Skip Holtz.

The video posted by the Louisiana Tech Athletics shows the excited coach walking through the school’s athletic facilities asking his players to ‘Guess what day it is.’

The video continues to follow the famous Geico Insurance talking camel ‘Humpday’ commercial. Holtz even poses the question to ‘Champ’ the school’s bulldog mascot.

The video concludes by revealing it’s ‘GAMEDAY!’ and fans are happier than Skip Holtz on game day.

Here is the full video.
